Sculptors & Makers

Create Something You Can Hold

Some creative work needs more than a laptop.

Whether you're sculpting, building, carving, assembling, stitching, or experimenting with mixed media, Creative Coworking provides a welcoming place to work on hands-on creative projects while being part of a community of artists and makers.

A Space for Every Maker

Our community welcomes creators working in many different mediums, including:

  • Sculptors

  • Ceramic and clay artists*

  • Fiber artists

  • Jewelry makers

  • Mixed media artists

  • Printmakers

  • Woodcarvers

  • Miniature makers

  • Model builders

  • Surface designers

  • Textile artists

  • Crafters

  • Handmade business owners

If your creative work involves making something with your hands, there's a place for you here.

*Please note that kiln firing and certain specialty equipment are not currently available onsite.

Why Makers Love Creative Coworking

Creating physical artwork often requires more space than a kitchen table or spare bedroom can provide.

Our workspace gives makers room to spread out, organize materials, and focus on their projects in a comfortable environment surrounded by other creative people.

Members enjoy:

  • Large work tables

  • Bright, open workspace

  • Comfortable seating

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Complimentary coffee and tea

  • A supportive creative community

  • Opportunities to meet artists working in different disciplines

  • Workshops, events, and exhibitions

Whether you're preparing inventory for an upcoming craft fair, designing your next sculpture, experimenting with new materials, or simply carving out uninterrupted creative time, you'll have a space designed to help you make progress.

Working with Different Materials

Many dry and low-mess creative materials work well in our shared studio environment, including paper, fabric, yarn, leather, beads, wire, cardboard, wood, polymer clay, and a wide variety of mixed media supplies.

Because we're a shared creative workspace, we ask members to be mindful of materials that create excessive dust, strong odors, or safety concerns. If you're unsure whether your project is a good fit, we're always happy to talk through it and help find a solution.

Our goal is to create a workspace where many different creative practices can comfortably exist side by side.
